Name of song that sounds like Miley, used by cheerleaders, a line dance/square dance sort of beat? Yeah, I can't believe I'm asking this question either, especially since it's a serious question. I don't know any words to the song, but it has a country line dance type of beat, and it gives dance instructions in the song. It sounds like Miley Cyrus singing it, but I was told it wasn't her. I still think it was her. Anyways, does anyone know what song I'm talking about? It's not the Electric Slide, or Cha Cha slide. It's used by cheerleaders. Any ideas?

Who sings this type of music? Line music? Many times at parties I hear this selection of music that gets people to dance by following dance instructions (like the electric slide). The music is R&B with a nice, thumping beat. Some of the instructions are reverse, criss cross, turn it out, cha cha. It isn't country western music. The artist is a male. I would appreciate any help with this since I want to purchase the music for a party. Thanks in advance!

New Lyrics? My mothers wedding is coming up and she's asked me to sing a song at it. I would love to sing this song but it has a curse in it and wouldn't be proper in a church. I've put the line into quotation for all of you. I'm think the whole line will have to be rewritten but I'm not too bright where lyrics are concerned... The Book Of Love - Peter Gabriel The book of love is long and boring " No one can lift the damn thing " It's full of charts and facts and figures and instructions for dancing Here is a link to the song itself if you've never heard of it before: http://www.merlin.com.pl/MP3/8/1/9863953-U10.mp3 sorry here this will work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlpJauF5EP4

HELP...I am in the 2 week wait and I have concerns about ovulation? Cycles are 31-34 days Last cycle started April 8th EWCM (egg white cervical mucus) on April 26 (day 19 of cycle) I tested for ovulation from cycle day 13-23, all came back negative. However on April 28 (cycle day 21) the test line was the darkest it had been but not as dark as the control line (per instructions on box line should be as dark or darker to show positive for ovulation) and then on April 29 (day 22 of cycle) line was again faint. Do you think I am ovulating? What days would have been good to BD (baby dance) to give me the best chance of concieving?? When could I test for pregnancy if you think i am ovulating? My next period is due May 10 or 11 (today is day 27 of cycle). Thank you all in advance:)

Harry Potter fans - please read my Lily/Snape fanfiction (oneshot)? I wrote this fanfic quickly so its a little rushed in places... but overall, what do you think of it? Polite criticism is always welcome and I'm open to advice, but no rudeness please :) The title of the fanfiction is "Look at Me" *** It was an idyllic summer in Spinner’s end; leaves rustled gently in the wind that swept along the tree tops, their shadows dancing on the grassy knoll. Severus liked the feel of it tickling his skin and exhaled softly, his eyes closed. Moments later, muffled laughter interrupted his reverie and he turned to glance upon the pretty, green-eyed girl sitting beside him; long, red hair tumbling down her shoulders. “What?” He asked, his tone defensive. Giggling again at his confusion, she reached out towards him and Severus held his breath in anticipation, but her intentions soon became clear as she plucked a soft, white feather out of his hair and held it out in the palm of her hand. “Oh,” he said, quickly rearranging the disappointment on his face so that his smile matched hers. “Thanks, Lily.” As she returned her attention to the large, heavy book open in front of them, Severus relished the opportunity to study her face in extreme detail. Parted slightly open, her lips were soft and pink in colour, sculpted voluptuously around rows of small white teeth. Her creamy skin, smooth and unblemished, was coloured only by the faint rose in her cheeks. Strands of glossy, auburn hair framed her heart-shaped face; his gaze following the imaginary line that lead from her cute, up-turned nose to a pair of stunning emerald eyes. A furrow formed in Lily’s forehead and, although the desire to continue staring burned inside him, he forced himself to look away. “Sev?” He stopped ripping blades of grass from their roots and slowly met her gaze. “Why is there a potion for brewing mandrake blood in here? I thought you said they didn’t teach that one anymore.” “They don’t,” Severus agreed, pleased by her curiosity. “Then why-?“ “It’s my mother’s old book,” he interrupted, and comprehension flooded Lily’s expression like water to a sinking ship. “When she was at Hogwarts, they taught you how to make it in sixth year. But now they’ve taken it off the syllabus; they reckon it’s too dangerous for us to handle,” his tone implied much disdain. “It does sound quite dangerous,” Lily offered, scanning the page of instructions. He snorted scornfully at this. “Only for people like Potter and Black, who insist on showing off rather than paying attention.” Lily bit her lip, and Severus longed to know what she was thinking. However, she remained silent and soon the opportunity to answer had passed. “So where did you find the book?” “At the bottom of a box, in the attic,” he proudly replied. “There was a whole load of them.” Lily frowned. “What on earth were they doing up there?” A little embarrassed, he shrugged and mumbled something about his dad. Silently, she placed a consoling hand on his to show she understood. Feeling like fire erupted inside him. “Petunia doesn’t like it when I leave my stuff around the house, either. Do you remember Valerie? Tuney’s best friend? Well, she came round for dinner the other day and found my wand on the kitchen table. She thought it was a knitting needle and started waving it about, demonstrating how to knit a woolly scarf.” Severus couldn’t help but chuckle at the muggle’s silly mistake. “I expect Petunia was delighted,” he added sarcastically. “You bet she was! Now Tuney says it’s my fault that she can never have friends round ever again.” Lily’s enthusiasm had trailed off by the end of the sentence; the memory stinging more than she expected it to, and neither said anything for what seemed like an age. Eventually, the silence was broken by Severus. “Do you think you’ll want a family some day?” He asked, settling on his back. “Sure. Don’t you?” Severus ignored her question and continued gazing up at the clear blue sky. “How many children?” he persisted. “Gosh Sev, I don’t know!” “Go on, just say.” “But-“ “Just say!” “Well... a few, I suppose.” “And what would you call them all?” “Sev!” she cried in exasperation; he returned a genuine laugh, enjoying the sound of his name on her lips. “Go on, play along,” he encouraged, “For me,” and Lily tutted at his attempt at emotional blackmail. “Well...” she conceded, “I was thinking... I mean, I quite like... Harry. For a boy.” “Harry,” Severus repeated, considering the name. “What about you?” She asked, switching positions from lying on her front propped up on her elbows, to sitting cross-legged, facing him. But even as she awaited an answer, Severus’ mind had already taken off into the skies. He imagined the two of them, older but essentially the same; smiling hand-in-hand. And then the scene morphed into another... and all of a sudden, Severus was gazing into a pair of eyes; Lily’s eyes, in the face of a little baby boy. Their son. In the time it In the time it had taken Severus to fantasise, Lily had evidently given up expecting an answer. Head titled slightly back, she basked in the glorious sunshine; as motionless as a statue. “Look at me,” he commanded, and Lily obeyed; her eyelids flickering open to reveal the most stunning pair of emerald-green eyes, twinkling like the precious gems they replicated. She held his intense stare for a few moments, his eyes, as black as coal, locked on hers. “LILY!” Interrupted a call from the park. “That’s Petunia,” Lily spoke softly, not for one minute dropping his gaze. She waited for him to say something, and when he didn’t, she spoke again. “I’d better go.” “No, stay a little longer,” he implored her, sitting bolt upright. “LILY!” came the voice again. “Go on,” he pleaded, “just for a bit.” “LILY, WHERE ARE YOU?” the calling came louder this time. “She’ll be angry,” she said, biting her lip. “She’s already angry,” he retorted. “LILY, I KNOW YOU’RE HERE SOMEWHERE!" “You don’t want her to find this place, do you?” She whispered in a hurried tone. “No,” he admitted glumly. “If I go now, she’ll never know. She’ll never find it.” “And you’ll come back here tomorrow?” “Of course,” she smiled reassuringly. “Promise?” Lily rolled her eyes at his unmistakable doubt. “I promise, Sev!” This convinced him; she never broke her promises. “Okay,” he reluctantly agreed. “See you tomorrow.” “Bye!” She breathed, bounding off towards the shrubbery as elegantly as a doe. Behind the low-hanging branch of the old oak tree was a hidden route which lead to the very park where he and Lily had first met, and the pair had been using it since first discovering it more than three years ago. Severus ran his hand over the spot where Lily had lain that afternoon; the grass bent at odd angles. Then he picked up the soft, white feather, tucked it in his pocket, and began his walk back home. ***

I think I finally got a positive ovulation result!! Am I timing it right? Today is day 19 (and my hubbys birthday!!) of a 34-35 day cycle. I have been using Answer brand dip ovulation tests since day 11 of this cycle. I test twice a day, once using first morning urine (per instructions in ovulation predictor kit) and once in the afternoon. Days 17 and 18 morning results were getting dark...very very close to the same color of the control line, in fact I think yesterday was positive too. Today my test line was darker than the control line (Positive!!). Hubby and I BD this morning after the positive result, yesterday morning and pretty much everyday for the past 4 days. We will baby dance again tomorrow, saturday and sunday for sure. LMP - 11/21/10 BD - 12/4, 12/5, 12/6, 12/8 and 12/9 Ovulation Test positive - 12/8 (I think) and strong positive 12/9 Am i timing intercourse correctly? I should ovulate today or tomorrow correct? A ad-astra: Yes I was pregnant...however three days after my positive test I started to bleed. Went to the doctor and was told it was similar to a chemical pregnancy. My doctor said that is a chronic problem with sensitive pregnancy tests...they often will pick up on the slightest HcG hormone and then often times women miscarry. I tested postive at 10DPO, I will wait from now on until at least 14DPO because of this. It is such a sad sad sad let down. So I am back trying again:( Thank you for asking:)
The worst date ..or was I being judgmental? I met a guy at a party who started me up after his friend left, seeing I was alone. He made good dance partners, fetched me cocktails in between, he touched me tenderly, it was getting very romantic and he looked cute—but something was very odd about him, he appeared very hyper, jerked around a lot and made gestures while he talked a 100 km/hr. Then he invited me outside for some fresh air. After I agreed, to my pleasant surprise, he whisked me off to where his hot flashy BMW-sports-convertible was parked..! He invited me inside his sophisticated car and now the personality disorder was unleashed..He started bragging about being the richest men at the party and fed me a line about trusting me enough to share his lifestyle. Then without notice, he drove off with me...I was getting scared since I didn’t know the guy and I had left my car behind. So I used the guise that I needed to use the bathroom back at the party, but he became very overbearing, worked his sports engine and we landed in front of a crowded club. He told me that with him I was VIP and not worry. Then to his attitude raised more red flags, I was very uncomfortable when he asked me to go in the male's restroom. I refused and darted off to the ladies line. I finally had my turn, pee-d my heart out , then I frantically just started applying my make-up while thinking what a mess I’d gotten into. Then my heart raced as the guy appeared crazier by the minute. He was knocking on my door..What a control freak!..who stalks a woman while she’s in the ladies room! I opened the door and he barged in and while he was trying to lock us inside..I was freaking out and ran off outside, and waited for him to come out of the restroom.. He didn’t, so I did some window shopping wondering whether I should walk 3 km back to my car in the chilly autumn weather or give this guy a second chance. Finally he emerged from the restroom almost minutes later, and came looking for me outside. He started making a scene in front of everybody outside when I told him I preferred another setting and it looked like we were a couple arguing! I was feeling sick with anxiety, not sure what the guy is capable of as he was getting a little rough, was pulling me forcefully towards him and saying I should go if I don’t trust him. The craziness hit a whole new level. In a split second I saw him ran off in the middle of the street hailing a cab and pulled out a stash of dollar bills from his pocket. He ordered the driver to take me back to the party’s address and used threatening words. The driver was confused, while i was embarrassed and tried to calm him down. Next thing, he pulled away his money from the driver’s hands, insulted him and without warning left me there and stopped the next cab tailing behind. He told the 2nd driver not to F up because they had no idea what a powerful man he was and shove some dollar bills in the driver’s hands who was as bewildered as the 1 st. The cab driver must have been terrorized, since he almost refused to drop me off at the end of the block to my parked car when we pulled outside the party. Poor guy was so worried, he insisted that he had to follow my boyfriend’s instructions because he doesn’t want any trouble if something would happen to me..Well that was too funny that that guy could get to people..LOL. Now it makes sense why there are a lot of women still single when u have several eligible bachelor s running around and acting like a douche-bags. Looking back, I’ve been thinking whether I had been judgmental and did not get to know the guy to understand where he was coming from...Or I did I do well to run for the hills?.I realized that there were no separate male/female restroom after I saw a guy casually walked into the door I got out from..

I'm just wondering whether my 3 years old is having speech delay or Autistic? She line-up toys and some time imitate us like nodding heads. But no other sign of Autistic like no eye contact, walks on tip-toes or doesn’t play with other children, etc. On her speech, she starts talking after starting Childcare 6 months ago. Before that, only baby talk but no “papa” or “mama”.Now she can recite A-Z,1-30 and many other words but she still can’t say 2-words sentence, except “don’t want”.She loves to sing/dance and pick up songs very fast.Teacher feedback is that she doesn’t recognize all the alphabet, can’t chat with her classmates and can't tell when she needs to go toilet. But at home, she can recite alphabet.Although she can’t chat with us,but she can understand instructions and follow. When she wants to go to the toilet she'll say Shi-Shi.I’ve brought her to see a Psychologist. The analysis is she shows sign of autism. But the Dr at KK examine her (before we can see the speech therapist) and Dr doesn’t think my girl has autism but speech delay.I'm so confuse now.Any advice?
Dr. Jones dance question..? Does anyone know that cheesy dance to this old aqua song. The dance has a part of the macarena in it and a few chest pumps... And alot of people switch lines and it's a whole group thingy. Can someone give me a walk through or quick instructions? Thanks!

Are men naturally more artistically creative than women? Are men naturally more artistically creative than women? People are always saying how women are more in touch with their emotions, express emotions better, etc. But, I can't think of a more humanly ingenius form of emotional expression, than the arts. And, virtually all artforms today and throughout history are & have been dominated by men. Painters/Sculpters - Impressionists like Van Gogh and Monet. Renaissance painters like Da Vinci and Michaelangelo. Modern pop artists like Andy Warhol & Keith Haring. And even today, in a post-feminist world where women now have more opportunities than men -- men still dominate painting, with artists like Shepard Fairey, graffiti artists like Saber, Banksy, Retna, Mear, Cope2, etc. Architecture - Take a look at this site, of the greatest 20th-century architects & building designers. http://architect.architecture.sk/ ALL MEN. And the top architects today are all men. Don't say "women don't have opportunities" because a woman is more likely to go to college than a man. So, even with the advantage & privilege society gives women, men still dominate. Acting/Theater - The top-10 paid actors in the world: Will Smith, Johnny Depp, Eddie Murphy, Mike Myers, Leonardo Dicaprio, Bruce Willis, Adam Sandler, Nicolas Cage, Ben Stiller, Will Ferrell. As you can see, no women made the list. The top producers, directors, and writers are also men. The creative geniuses behind the vast majority of movies, TV shows, and theatrical plays you see are men. Fashion - Yes, even fashion. Although this industry caters mainly to women, the brains and top designers behind most of these lines are men. Firstly, most women's clothing was originally invented by men (and at one time, originally worn by men). My girlfriend has her own fashion blog, where she talks about all the latest fashions. And I notice that at least half of all the women's fashions she features about on her blog are clothing items designed by men. The list of top fashion designers are as follows: Yves St. Laurent, Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, Perry Ellis, Calvin Klein, Russell Simmons, Marc Ecko, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Gianni Versace, Sean Combs, Hugo Boss, Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana, Salvatorre Ferragamo, Guccio Gucci, Dov Charney Music - Virtually all music genres are dominated by men. Everyone from classical masters of Beethoven, Bach, & Mozart, to rock bands like Aerosmith, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, & Metallica, to Hip Hop artists like Jay-Z, Ludacris, LL Cool J, Run-DMC, 2Pac, & KRS-One, to Soul/R&B greats of Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, Smokey Robinson, etc... other genres dominated by men: Jazz, Blues, Country, Techno, Heavy Metal, Reggae, Funk, Disco, Salsa, Reggaeton. The best-selling album of all time is "Thriller" by Michael Jackson. And besides the artists & lead singers being dominated by men, most of the backup musicians that play instruments are male. And I can venture in to other artforms, like magicians, circus performers, dance, etc. -- all where men dominate. And I know one of the feminist responses will be "yeah but women didn't have access to the schooling/instruction that men had to learning the mediums, etc." You do realize that many of these men were self-taught geniuses? Beethoven did not have a teacher or go to any schools. Da Vinci was also self-taught. Rappers do not go to "rap school" either. If we were to assume that women & men are equal when it comes to artistic creativity, then we should've seen just as many self-taught female geniuses as we do male geniuses, without schooling. But we don't. Are males more artistically creative than women? scottishguy: Exactly! As I said before, women now have more opportunity and privilege than men... more women are going to school and are encouraged to go to school. Yet, they are still behind men in the "real world" despite all of this. And men actually score higher on SAT's than women, for the record. Capone: Yes, but eccentricity amongst artists is not exclusive to men. The women that are brilliant in these fields tend to be eccentric as well. Dracula: LOL@ Paris Hilton. Please tell me you're not serious. She's not an "artist". She's a heiress socialite & bimbo, that got famous for giving a guy a blowjob. Oprah is also not an artist, she's a talk show host and a business mogul. Half of your list is of people I've never heard of. But, you should read "The Mrs." post. She said that feminists would begin to list artists -- but for every female artist you list, I can list 10 or more. And all 10 males will be greater artists than the one female artist you listed. So what's your point? Oh yeah the top comedians are male too. Forgot about that one. Men are funnier than women. Dracula: Rap is an art. It takes skill and is a form of expression. You just never really tried listening & understanding it. Kate: Tommy Hilfiger, Puff Daddy and Dov Cheney have multi-million dollar companies. I consider them serious fashion moguls. Donatella's relationship with Gianni is why she became known. She used his name (literally) to get to where she is. And, Yves St. Laurent has been far more influential than Coco Chanel. You said "Gianni is dead", but what difference does it make? So is Coco Chanel. NEXT. Dracula: Oprah is more known for her businesses and show than her acting. Yes, she did do some acting bits, but, if you were to just focus on that -- she is not considered one of the "top" actors in Hollywood. She hasn't done enough to be considered that. As far as Paris Hilton -- I didn't know being in reality TV made you an "artist". She's mainly famous for being a heiress & socialite; her "artist" ventures like that failed pop-album are considered side-ventures. Spuddy: I never once said anyone "invented" fashion. Find where I supposedly said this. I said most of the most notable fashion designers have been men. Are you assuming I know nothing about fashion because I'm a male? How sexist of you. And, Jimmy Choo is a male. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmy_Choo I FORGOT CULINARY ARTS! THE TOP CHEFS ARE MALE TOO! I FORGOT ABOUT THAT! Spuddy: Whoever once said there weren't other designers on the Jimmy Choo's line? I only mentioned Jimmy Choo because he was the originator and he is a fashion designer. You then brought up a woman designer on the line as if that somehow contradicts whether or not Jimmy Choo is a designer. It doesn't. According to my sources, Jimmy Choo still designs. Whether it's for his original line or not is irrelevant. The fact is, he's a fashion designer. You still didn't show where I claimed anyone "invented" fashion. And, why would you assume I know nothing of it? Must be because I'm a male. My girlfriend is majoring in fashion merchandising, so I've gained quite a bit of knowledge from her.

I think I finally got a positive ovulation result!! Am I timing it right? Today is day 19 (and my hubbys birthday!!) of a 34-35 day cycle. I have been using Answer brand dip ovulation tests since day 11 of this cycle.
