Line Dance Steps

Can anyone share the step sheet for the Line Dance 'Shortenin Bread'?

I'd like to teach 'Shortenin Bread' to our community line dance class. It is played here at local dances. I'm also looking for the music "momma little baby loves shortenin' bread" that this line dance is played to.
