Ok Im a 13 yr old girl. Im on the chubby side and have a tummy I would like to get rid of. My mom is letting me go take a class. (Any Class) So Im thinking along the lines of Dance/Gymnastics/Aerobics. I want something fun and will help me lose weight. I've found out about: Zumba : 1,100 cal. per hr. Belly : 400 cal. per hr. Pole : 300 cal. per hr. Basically What Im asking is what is the best type of Dance/Gymnastic/Aerobic class can I take to lose weight while still having fun? &&* How many cal's will I lose doing that per. hr?
