Line Dance Steps

Who sings this type of music? Line music?

Many times at parties I hear this selection of music that gets people to dance by following dance instructions (like the electric slide). The music is R&B with a nice, thumping beat. Some of the instructions are reverse, criss cross, turn it out, cha cha. It isn't country western music. The artist is a male. I would appreciate any help with this since I want to purchase the music for a party. Thanks in advance!
