Line Dance Steps

Does anyone know the Israeli line dance to the song Jessica by Ethnix?

I took an Israeli dancing class about a year ago and Jessica was my favorite dance. I have a recording of the song at home, but I just cannot seem to remember all the steps to the dance. I would love it if someone could either write out the steps or post a video of the dance. It probably won't take much for me to remember the steps. I remember it had a lot of jumping. Thanks!
